Tried to communicate to support but no help at all they keep on saying to email [email protected] but it seems like they are dead coz its been a while without response. This is really frustrating mostly this special day. NO HELP ! NO HELP ! NO HELP ! I got like almost 2k$ on my vault on different coins what now ? why you guys are doing this ? U have been scammed in short. BC chose ur account that moment and nothing we can do about it. Go find another casino that will not stole from u and. I bet almost all online casinos are thieves. Skele Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 So the violation was using a coin drop script, are you saying you do not use a script? If you have then your stealing from the other players, and you would have gone against the terms of service. I would expect them to give your deposit back though, but would guess they would hold on to the other coin presumably because it was claimed in coin drops where they thought a script was used.
